This page leads you to download the EasyPay Enterprise software updates featuring the new CPF rates taking effect on 1 September 2010.

Before proceeding with the download, please read the following important instructions.

There are two supported versions of EasyPay in circulation, version 8.x and version 10.x series. Creative is in the process of contacting customers to migrate from v8.x to v10.x as best as our resources can keep up with demand. All versions of EasyPay shall be fully supported until the migration of all customers are complete.

In the mean time, you must download the software version matching your present software series and this page will guide you to the appropriate download link by following the step-by-step instructions.

Step 1:

Determine your current database version.

Launch Core.exe and click the ‘Help’ menu and select the ‘About’ item.  

Take note of the database version displayed.

The database version may be indicated as 8.x.x.x or 10.x.x.x.

Step 2:

Click the ‘Current EPE Version’ radio button corresponding to the database version displayed in the last step and fill in the other requested information and click the ‘Submit’ button.

You will be brought to a new page with the correct matching version of software to download.
